We divide the Circumference by pi(𝜋) to find the diameter.

Let's take an example:

Q- Find the diameter of a circle if its circumference is 22 cm.

Solve:

Circumference = 22 cm

Diameter of circle = Circumference÷𝜋

= 22÷3.14

= 7 cm (approx).
